BUILD

A product that doesn’t just work, but also sells.

Sound familiar?

“We have a good idea. We don’t know how to turn it into a product that sells.”

“We hired developers. We got code, not a product.”

“We sell our expertise by the hour. Underpriced.”

“Our service is running out of steam. The team is overloaded.”

What to do?

  1. 1. We map new customer needs and market opportunities.

  2. 2. We design a product concept that works and sells.

  3. 3. We build the product.

How long does a typical project take?

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Discovery

Internal interviews, mapping your expertise and processes, lessons from past product attempts, and what can be turned into a product.

Internal discovery report + knowledge map

  2. Weeks 3–4

    Market needs

Customer interviews, competitor and market analysis, industry research, and a shortlist of the 2–3 strongest product opportunities.

    Market opportunity map

  3. Weeks 5–6

    Product concept

Product concept, features, packaging, pricing model and core use cases, in your buyers’ language.

Product concept + pricing and packaging model

  4. Weeks 7–8

    Testing

We test the concept with real decision-makers, gather feedback on pricing and positioning, and refine it.

    Validated product concept

  5. Weeks 9–10

    MVP

We build a working product: the first features and a documented delivery process.

    Working product

  6. Weeks 11–12

    Live product

We finalise the product, train your team and hand over the product manual.

    Product manual + handover

What do you get after 12 weeks?

Your company’s expertise generates revenue as a product, not just in billable hours.

Revenue becomes more scalable: it no longer depends linearly on your team’s capacity.

Development is built on real needs, so less developer time goes to waste.

Case study

Rebuilding a medtech product for the global market

For 35 years, our medtech client has been developing ECG diagnostic hardware and the accompanying software. The hardware and the software’s algorithms are world-class, but legacy code and a cluttered UI keep that quality hidden. We redesigned and rebuilt the software end to end, with in-depth market analysis, UX and UI design, and full-stack development. The future-proof platform, launching soon, makes the company’s ECG algorithms accessible and prepares our client for further expansion in global medtech markets.

Frequently asked questions

Q1

How long does it take? When will I see the first results?

12 weeks. You get the internal discovery report and knowledge map at the end of week 2, the market opportunity map in week 4, the product concept in week 6, a validated concept in week 8, and a working MVP in week 10. After week 12, your own team takes over.

Q2

Do you do it, or do we?

Together. For the first 12 weeks, we work side by side. After that, your team takes it over. We’re not in the business of making you dependent on us. If you’d like, we can keep supporting you on a monthly subscription, but there’s no obligation.

Q3

Who do you work with? Which industries are you strongest in?

B2B companies with 15–500 employees that sell their expertise by the hour and want to turn it into a product. Our strongest track record is in medtech, industrial, engineering services and technology. Consumer products, B2C and retail aren’t our home turf.

Q4

Has this worked for anyone yet?

Yes. A simulation engineering team with 20+ years of experience spent years selling its rotor blade optimisation expertise by the hour. We’re turning that into a specialised SaaS product that combines domain knowledge with AI, built for a narrow market vertical and expansion into the US.

Q5

What if we’ve tried building a product before and it didn’t work?

In the first 2 weeks, we diagnose what went wrong. Most of the time, the problem isn’t the idea but weak validation or pricing is. Then we focus the 12 weeks building on those lessons, rather than starting from scratch.

Shall we talk?

In 40 minutes, we get to know each other and look at where you are now. If there’s a fit, we talk through the next steps.
